Information exchange is necessary for coordination and better awareness of military flights on peacetime operations can help civil ATM better plan their operations. Are there digital solutions to allow better information exchange between civil and military to facilitate smoother civil-to-military ATM cooperation and pre-planning according to airspace capacity? What are the obstacles to realising such solutions?
