As part of this year’s Airspace Asia Pacific, the CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2025 will take place on Monday, 8 December at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, China. This dedicated members-only event will explore the theme:
“Seamless APAC Airspace – Aviation and Meteorology Integration”.
With climate change contributing to increasingly severe and unpredictable weather, this year’s conference will focus on how stronger collaboration between the aviation and meteorological communities can improve safety, efficiency, and operational resilience across the region.
The full-day programme will include high-level keynote addresses and three curated panel sessions covering:
- Current challenges of adverse weather for airports and ATM operations in APAC
- Innovative solutions for operational resilience, including AI-driven weather prediction
- Building a stronger aviation-meteorology ecosystem through prioritised collaboration
Please note: this conference is exclusively open to CANSO Members.
Member Access & Ticket Allocation
Passes to the Asia Pacific Conference are provided as follows:
- Full Members: 10 passes
- Gold Members: 5 passes
- Silver, Research & Intermediate Members: 3 passes
Member focal points will be given access to the exhibition and partner portal within the registration system to register those eligible within their organisations.
All key Focal Points in Member organisations will have a nominated Registration Coordinator for Airspace Asia Pacific 2025. New for this year, CANSO have introduced the ability for Member organisations to manage their own registrations to the APAC conference and main exhibition event. For the conference, delegates need to be registered with a conference pass called the CANSO Guest pass.
The CANSO Guest pass provides access to the APAC conference on 8 December, as well as access to the main exhibition event on 9-11 December. Only the CANSO Guest pass will allow entry into the conference.
