This session highlights how to prepare airspace professionals for the integration of ATM and UTM, with a focus on training, human factors, and safety culture. Drawing on IFOA’s global collaborations, we will share case studies and practical frameworks addressing controller workload, decision-making in mixed traffic environments, and modular training solutions using VR and simulation.
Participants will gain insights into how regional cooperation and scalable training hubs can equip Asia Pacific with the skilled workforce needed to safely lead the next era of integrated airspace.
