Speaker Bio

Scott has been an Air Traffic Controller in Australia since 2018 and has been involved with Civil Air since 2020. He has volunteered his time as a Delegate, Vice President, and was elected President in July 2024. He has also been a member of Civil Air’s Culture and Professional Standards Team with a particular interest in workplace culture reform. Scott has experience in Area Control in Brisbane Centre, and Approach Control working in Sydney Terminal Control Unit since 2022, and has a Bachelor of Aviation from UNSW Sydney.
