Speaker Bio

Ben is the CEO of Firstfruits Services, a boutique consultancy helping organisations unlock change. With nearly 25 years of experience across aviation, space, non-profit, and research sectors, he has advised global clients on aligning strategy, operational performance, and technological transformation.
Ben has worked extensively with Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) worldwide, supporting initiatives in performance improvement, capacity building, and resilience planning. His experience in training, technology integration, and business continuity planning has given him a deep understanding of service resilience and risk mitigation.
Together with the Firstfruits team, Ben is exploring practical solutions to one of aviation’s most pressing challenges for the next decade: talent. This includes insight-driven work and collaboration with CANSO on the Future Skies: Tomorrow’s Voices initiative. Ben also serves as Vice-Chair of CANSO’s Strategy and Integration Steering Committee.
