Speaker Bio

Bing Wan is Supervisor of the Tower Control Department at the Shenzhen ATM Station of CAAC, where he has served since 2010. A certified Air Traffic Control Inspector and Emergency Handling Specialist, Bing plays a key role in technical assessments, incident response, and runway safety operations. He also contributes to national research on airport cluster collaboration. Bing has received multiple honors, including the “Safety Advanced Individual” award and first place in the 2024 Central South ATMB ATC Skills Competition.
