Capt. Sudarshan Pandey is a seasoned aviator with over 37 years of experience as a pilot, trainer, and educator. Representing the fourth generation of an aviation family, he has dedicated his career to advancing training standards and operational safety worldwide. At IFOA, Capt. Pandey leads global collaborations with regulators, airlines, and training organizations, delivering EASA, FAA, and DGCA-aligned programs in dispatch, human factors, and flight operations. His mission is to build scalable, economical, and future-ready training solutions that bridge traditional aviation with the fast-emerging ATM and UTM landscape.
