Airspace Asia Pacific – Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to the official website of Airspace Asia Pacific, organised by the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO) and its wholly owned subsidiary CANSO B.V. (“CANSO”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Use of the Site

(a) CANSO maintains this Site as a courtesy to those who wish to learn more about Airspace Asia Pacific (“Users”). The information, documents, and materials presented on this Site (collectively, the “Materials”) are for informational purposes only.

By registering for or attending Airspace Asia Pacific, Users agree to abide by all event-related policies, including Privacy Policy, Health & Safety Rules, and any additional terms issued by CANSO or the venue operator.

CANSO reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the event or associated platforms to any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

Event participants acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may take place at Airspace Asia Pacific for documentation and promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent to appear in such materials unless a written objection is submitted in advance to privacy@canso.org.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software on the Site are the property of CANSO, CANSO B.V., or their licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site’s content for commercial purposes without express written consent from CANSO.

8. Indemnification
