Dr. Amornrat Jirattigalachote is an Expert at the Director Level at AEROTHAI. Since 2013, she has been responsible for strategic planning, as well as the study and analysis of new operational concepts, technologies, and engineering systems. Her primary focus is on modernization planning, research, and development related to advanced air navigation concepts, including SWIM (System-Wide Information Management), FF-ICE (Flight and Flow Information for a Collaborative Environment), and TBO (Trajectory-Based Operation).

Dr. Jirattigalachote is Thailand’s nominated member to the ICAO Air Traffic Management Requirements and Performance Panel (ATMRPP), Information Management Panel (IMP), and Trust Framework Panel (TFP), where she contributes to the development of international concepts, policies, provisions, and guidance materials related to FF-ICE, TBO, SWIM, information security, and more. She is also a member of the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan Study Group (GANP SG), which is responsible for developing the Global Air Navigation Plan, with particular emphasis on the Aviation System Block Upgrade (ASBU) framework. At the regional level, Dr. Jirattigalachote currently serves as Co-Chair of the ICAO Asia/Pacific SWIM Task Force and Co-Rapporteur of the Asia/Pacific FF-ICE Ad-Hoc Group, playing a leading role in advancing regional collaboration and implementation.

Since 2014, she has led various global and regional forward-looking initiatives, including the SWIM in ASEAN Demonstration, the Multi-Regional TBO Demonstration, and the Asia/Pacific TBO Pathfinder. These projects aim to explore, validate, and showcase concepts, principles, architectures, and operational benefits related to air navigation system modernization.
